Arcadian Opera Ltd, a not for profit company, performs annually at The Roxburgh Hall Theatre at Stowe School every summer and very occasionally, elsewhere. Our income is generated solely from our box office and from the generous donations of our friends, and by corporate supporters.
There are currently three ways in which you may help us to fund our productions and keep us performing in the future: as a Corporate Supporter, as a Production Sponsor or by becoming an Arcadian, an acknowledged friend of our company.
As a Corporate Supporter you can help us by taking out an advertisement in our programmes. These a square format on good quality paper, printed in high resolution. The are designed to contain interesting articles in relation to the subject matter of the performance as well as the ever-important cast lists and biographies, so that they may be kept for reading later. Rates for advertising vary as to size and location within the programme. Please contact us on publicity@arcadianopera.com if you wish to support us in this way.
As a Production Sponsor we invite you to join our new Sponsor a Singer scheme: Principal singers require sponsorship of £1,500, while lesser roles require £1,000 per production. Sponsors of singers will have a prominent acknowledgement in the programme, a chance to meet and chat with their sponsored singer in person, as well as the benefits of automatically becoming an Arcadian.
To become an Arcadian requires a donation of £75 per annum. As an Arcadian you will receive:
- A privileged ‘early bird’ booking period
- A free programme
- A mention in our programmes
- A welcome glass of wine at our performances
